How it works
Traditional keyword search is limited. Our Smart Search uses AI to understand the true meaning of your search and evaluates how similar this context is to the information in your candidates' resumes.
The process in HRelper is extremely simple:
- Select the hiring organization.
- Decide if you want to search for candidates only in that organization or across your entire database.
- Describe the desired candidate profile or simply paste a full job description.
- Click search.
Why exact search harms your hiring
Imagine you're looking for an HR professional and type the exact term "Recruitment and Selection".
